Ordering and shipping

Do you ship free? Eligible orders ship free. The header bar states the current offer.

How long does delivery take? We pack in 1–2 business days. U.S. carriers usually deliver in 5–7 business days after that.

Can I track a package? Tracking goes to the email you used at checkout once the box leaves our bench.

Which payment methods do you accept? Credit card at checkout. Totals are in USD.

Returns

How long do I have? 30 calendar days from delivery for unused items in original packaging.

How do I start? Email [email protected] with the order number. We send a label when the return is eligible.

Who pays return postage? Eligible returns are free. No restocking fee.
