By using recordsgift.xin you agree to these terms. Mohawk Valley Pressings LLC operates the shop. Catalog descriptions are offered in good faith; pressings, variants, and pack shots can differ slightly from photos.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is listed in error, a payment fails, or we cannot verify the account. Prices are USD and may change until checkout completes.

Use of the site

Do not scrape, overload, or misuse the storefront. Accounts that abuse checkout or returns may be closed.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Mohawk Valley Pressings LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Some states do not allow certain limitations; in those states our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item.
