Returns & Refund Policy

Unused items in original packaging can come back within 30 calendar days of delivery. Opened vinyl, CDs, and books that show play wear or missing inserts are not eligible unless the item arrived damaged or was not as described.

How to start

Email [email protected] with the order number and a short note. We reply with a prepaid label when the return is eligible. Do not drop a parcel without that approval.

Refunds

Once the parcel is scanned in, refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Shipping charged at checkout is refunded on our error; otherwise outbound shipping stays with the original order.

Damaged-on-arrival claims need photos of the outer box and the item within 48 hours of delivery.
